A very professional service. This being our 17th move we have seen how not to do it - but Dan, Mark and Sean from Britannia were simply brilliant! Care at all times, polite and VERY hard working. From the moment they walked in and protected the door to picking up a box every time they transited the house - just great :-).

Britannia removals were professional, friendly, respectful and did a great move for me when I relocated 300 miles away. Daniel, Sean and Terry packed up the house quickly, putting dust sheets down and never knocking any of the internal walls.
From the initial enquiry when I received a home visit to establish the amount of "bits" I had to move, right to delivery down in Cornwall.
Daniel and Sean down in Cornwall were amazing. So thoughtful and respectful of my property but also the house I was moving into. They assisted me with care and patience. I would not move with anyone else in future other

Huge thanks to Britannia for carrying out our move in July from Cheddington, Bucks, to Wantage, Oxon. They did so with very short notice and coped well with the complications of the move. Special thanks to the team of removers (Mark, Sean, Mick and Terry) for their incredibly hard work in getting us packed, loaded and unloaded across three days. They were a good team, very focused and industrious, and we were impressed with the way that they took care with one another whilst moving the heavier, bulkier items.

Really impressed with the ‘can do’ approach and the experience of the team. The property that we moved in to was a real challenge trying to navigate large furniture items around tight passageways and stairs and the experience and professionalism made it happen! 25th move for us and the best removal company that we have experienced all round from front office service to survey to the move. First class.

5 stars is not enough for this company! From start - when we were visited & quote provided - to finish they were professional, friendly, very careful and very fast! Couldn't believe how quickly they loaded the lorry from our old house, it took just over an hour to empty a 4 bed & garage! Unfortunately the guys had to then wait about 3 hours until we got our keys but they were great! They quickly unloaded the lorry and placed all our belongings in the rooms we requested. Nothing was damaged, they took care with everything. I cannot recommend them enough, super reliable, super efficient and the best

I found Britannia to be professional and efficient from my first contact with them through until the final delivery. The guys packed up my parents flat in the UK and shipped it out to Italy. I was kept informed throughout the process by Jenni Wyatt back at the Aylesbury office. The guys who did the packing were courteous and efficient and packed everything with due care. I was advised that transport to Italy could take longer than expected due to Covid, but was given an expected arrival date much sooner than I had expected. In fact, the date was brought forward by 4 days which was even better.
