Boiler breakdown 1 day before Xmas, no heating or hot water. Damand arrived approx 1 hour after calling my bank home insurance line. From my initial call to a very helpful lady in servioce department, to Ryan who arrived promptly , service was excellent. Although was a reasonably simply repair, Ryan advised what the issue was and rectified (repressurised and refilled system). "nd use of Damand and each time very happy with their speed at attending and work carried out. Will be using again as I ask them to quote for my Spring boiler and heating system service.

Had emergency cover and insurance company put us through this contractor couldn't even fix our leak as engineer said couldn't get access through roof as needed a bigger hole and the insurance doesn't cover even though i paid £25 access at the end got a handyman who fixed it without needing to make a bigger hole for 20 quid! Waste of time this company and the bloody insurance company aswell load of bollacks.

Used these guys after phoning Home Emergency through my insurer, Direct Line. They sent a boiler engineer out to look at my boiler yesterday at around 12. I needed a new part that had to be ordered in, 13:00 today the engineer was back with the part and I again have hot water and heating :) thanks for being so quick and efficient with my problem! Would definitely recommend for future use!

Had a breakdown on my boiler on a Sunday morning. Response was both very quick and efficient. Engineer was at the property within the hour of the initial call to my home cover company and the fix was speedy and good quality. He even picked up an additional issue which was a leak from a separate component and replaced that on the spot too. Heating and hot water now back online - thank you for a quality service and full marks to the visiting Engineer (D.Aston).

I have used this company a quite a few times in the past via my home insurance. I have read some of the negative reviews and can agree with a lot of them. I've always found the office staff polite and helpful. One engineer Paul unfortunately lets the company down as he just does not seem interested in fixing the issues. A half-hearted look and often wrong advice is about all you get. Had to pay for other heating engineers to come out each time as he never fixed the problem properly. He seems like a nice man, but just wants to be in and out. I have asked for a different engineer to be sent the last
