AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
Took 50% on order on the promise of 4-6 week lead time. After numerous calls and messages, finally fitted after 10 weeks from order.
Remedial works were requested 3 times over a 4 week period before finally being actioned. Aggressive fitter verbally abused my wife in front of baby upon finding out he had to drill some tiles.
“Director” turned up to “apologise” and actually defended the angry little tradesman, then proceeded to get into another full flung argument before storming out of the house...Must be part of the company policy

So pleased with my blinds and curtains, all beautifully made. I would certainly use this company again even though I had to wait in the queue , it was worth the wait. What an excellent experience from start to finish. Shop staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, with a large selection of materials and styles.
Measuring up and quotation was quick and easy, and the fitting was professional, clean and on time. The roller blinds looked great, so we went ahead and ordered roof blinds too. The conservatory is now a a well finished extra room. Would highly recommend PH Blinds.

The representative, John, did not remove his shoes when entering my home on a wet day. Also I felt rushed as he did not bring any sample books in and I had to ask if he had any. Had high hopes of using a local company. The office staff were very helpful as I had to phone to clarify things that the rep hadn't. I cancelled my order the next day.
