Really happy with the work, professional advice, and genuinely friendly service that James / M60 gave me and the hardwood floor at my home. I know James does large projects so I was really impressed with the care he gave even to a relatively small project like mine. There were a few problem areas on the floor and James went the extra mile to sort these out. Would recommend to anyone looking for great floor sanding service and quality.

We had full ground floor (kitchen, living room, hall), stairs and first floor landing sanded by James @ M60 last month.
Would highly recommend. From the careful and thorough first visit to the scheduling and planning; from the suggestions for our knackered floorboards to the timing and brilliant finish. Service exemplary and James charged exactly what he quoted.

I rang and spoke to James to get his opinion on my wooden flooring after another company had made a mess of them! James gave me his advice over the phone and came round 2 days later, with his colleague Andy, to assess the floor in person. He put together a quote to rectify the work and wrote a report to send to my letting agent the same day. The letting agent agreed to use M60 Flooring to do the work at 8:40am on Tuesday and James and Andy arrived at the property 5 minutes later! They explained everything they were doing, and worked really quickly. The floor was fully completed by Wednesday at

James was really professional throughout when sanding 4 rooms for us. That were sanded and varnished within two days with minimal disruption. Rooms ready to use next day and no dust!! James said there would be a teacup of dust per room but it was less than an eggcup. I would highly recommend and indeed, already have. Much better thank hiring sander and diy

A professional service from start to finish. James and his team were great, there was no mess, no dust, no last minute "this will cost you more mate" situations which I have found with a lot of trades people. The end result is a wonderfully sanded and varnished ground floor (80sq mt) and a company I would recommend to everyone. Keep up the good work James!

I have recently used M60 flooring to sand and seal the whole of the downstairs of my house. The advice and service was fantastic. James Northcott has an extensive knowledge within his profession and which gave me the confidence that we were in safe hands. The work carried out is second to none and to my surprise, zero dust - result!
