Since 2013, UK Decs Ltd has been offering award-winning commercial painting and decorating nationwide. London's Hammersmith Apollo is a world-famous venue having hosted the likes of the Beatles and David Bowie. Our involvement included extensive refurbishment work including interior and exterior painting.
As a Grade II listed building, English Heritage was involved throughout the work. The 12 week, 35k project came in on time and on budget. We have completed work on the Andy Waters Restaurants, painting the whole interior of the restaurant. Our work on this exciting, new build casino included several specialist services including specialist, wide vinyl wall coverings, hanging a large mural and wallpapering a circular hub.
We also added mirrored paint above the 6m high bar, to give the illusion that the bar extends all the way to the ceiling. We completed extensive work on the Total Fitness gym facilities, including painting the pool area and car park. Surfaces were stripped, primed and treated with intumescent paint before the top coat was applied.
