It appears that gone are the days of customer service and its all about shifting a cardboard box rather than gaining a customer for life. After being lead by a commission based salesman or a cheap price from a foreign country's website, too many people are finding themselves buying equipment totally unsuitable for the job or just simply unreliable.

MBSL will always offer an on site repair service where possible. Engineers carry a comprehensive tool kit along with popular spares to try to achieve this. If an on site repair is not possible then the unit will be taken to base where a repair can be taken down to component level on the service bench.
We have a comprehensive selection of sound & lighting equipment for hire at competitive prices. Whether you need to liven up a house party or do your own wedding disco we have something that will suit your needs. All equipment is hired with full instruction and is incredibly simple to use. Due to its compact nature the equipment can easily be collected by car, however we can deliver and setup if required.
