We bought a house which needed total modernisation throughout. KWP not only kept us updated throughout the whole process; they were also were happy to brainstorm any ideas. Tom was also on the other end of the line at any time, always extremely happy and polite - even when we had loads of questions!
We would recommend KWP without hesitation, and we are extremely grateful for all the hard work that Tom and the team did, especially in the middle of a pandemic.

We would highly recommend KWP. They completely refitted our new Magnet kitchen and we could honestly not have asked for a better company to work with.
The guys were all so friendly; they all worked really hard from start to finish and the whole project was coordinated perfectly! Everyone was on a group whatsapp which was great as the communication was always open.
Above all else they were incredibly professional and their attention to detail was brilliant. They explained daily what would be happening next and we always had complete confidence in the team and their knowledge. All the kitchen units

We have used KWP three times, most recently for a total kitchen refit. We wanted to use a competent builder (rather than a kitchen fitting service) as we were incorporating a new boiler, window replacement and wooden flooring at the same time. KWP did an excellent job from planning to final finishing. They worked patiently with us during the planning process and helped us modify the kitchen shop’s design were it was needed. I was particularly impressed with their versatility and creativity when we encountered a couple of unexpected issues.

I bought my first house a year ago and it needed to be upgraded and modernised in a number of areas. KWP were recommended to us via Magnet kitchens to fit our new kitchen, and having had no real experience of builders previously we weren’t sure what to expect (especially as it’s a kitchen in a 2 bedroom flat without a lot of room to hide somewhere else!).
Pleasingly however they were generally really responsive (via a WhatsApp group for everyone involved), and never failed to be both polite and competent. They answered all my nervous ‘are you going to do this/are you going to do that/is this going to be tidied up?’ questions patiently, and then did all the promised work to a high standard

If you ever heard or seen the sign KWP then go for them! We initially just wanted the kitchen furniture from Magnet fitted but, until then Mario on behalf of Magnet and KWP came to oversee the possible furniture layout and also explained what KWP builders could do. We never heard of them, hired them to transform the kitchen / diner with the introduction of 5 door bifold. During work in progress we had an excellent rapport with their builders, plumber, electrician, decorator and the managements - Kevin, Tom and Mario and it concluded with excellent satisfactory. After much research we had a new kitchen designed by Magnet and KWP were the installers. We had never had such a big project and this involved walls coming down, electrical wiring and lots of plumbing, how would we manage this??!!
Thankfully, Tom, Mario and the guys at KWP were amazing! They communicate extremely clearly so you always know what's going on. All the staff are friendly and work to a very high standard. I was amazed at how quickly everything came together and how well organised they all were - and all this despite going into the second national pandemic lockdown!

We first came into contact with KWP as they fitted our Magnet Kitchen. We were so impressed with the service provided that we have since used them to fit a new bathroom, board up the loft as well as various carpentry and decorative projects. And we will certainly use them again in the future.
