We can manage the entire process, from idea through to complete build - so clients don't have to worry if they don't have the time, skills or contacts to make their dream a reality. We break projects into phases so clients can easily get more or less involved. We'll manage the whole project or just the initial phases, seeing clients through to where they can confidently take over.
It pays to recognise the many different types of building land available if you are prepared to put the effort in. There could be a small plot, not visible from the street, behind an existing house. Don't overlook rundown houses that could be demolished and replaced with the home of your dreams. Just how do you go about working out a viable, price/value of a piece land or a property, suitable for a self-build project.

We had been tentatively thinking about an extension to our house - but we had no idea whether what we aspirationally wanted was even possible, or what other potential options might look like. We saw that Harvey Norman offered a kick start service which seemed to be exactly the sort of thing we were looking for - offering some potential options, a discussion about viability, cost, and without needing to jump into the full architect process. Came across the Kickstart Consultation service offered by Harvey Norman Architects through a Google search for a local architect. It has been the answer to getting me passed that impasse of not being quiet ready to 'go the whole hog', but needing a professional to help me move forward. Our house needs help; it is a very ordinary home in need of bringing into the 21st century but I was very unsure about where to begin. We approached Harvey Norman Architects to get a better understanding of the viability of an extension. The offering of their Kick Start product allowed us to sit down and assess the viability, without having to engage in the full process. The time that Ian spent with us was invaluable, and the offer of sound and realistic advice was allowed us to make better decisions. Despite being an informal session, we were presented with representative drawings and budgetary advice after the session, which was very useful.
