We have used Carpet and Flooring twice, to complete our flooring downstairs. We are so happy with it and we found the staff really helpful and polite. On the days we had the flooring fitted it was left really clean and tidy afterwards. I would recommend Carpet and flooring to friends and family. Carpet and Flooring Co fitted LVT in the downstairs of our house and all I can say is Trevor and the team did a perfect job. Friendly, trustworthy and efficient. We had seen a very specific brand of carpet that we liked before visiting their store and as soon as we entered Trevor was able to find it for us and ordered some samples to compare to our furniture. We then wanted something contrasting for our stairs and he offered great advice on durability and style. The turn around was very speedy which was surprising because of the back log from lockdown. When they came to fit the carpet the boys couldn't be nicer and even helped move the furniture from room to room as we had limited

So pleased with my new laminated flooring downstairs. Such great quality and really helpful and patient staff (I wasn't the easiest of customers and kept changing my mind). I also got my stairs carpeted and the upstairs hallway and they have done a fantastic job. I will definitely be going back when I next need new flooring. Just overall 5 star service and quality!
