1. Initially Bharat was extremely good at communicating and I still feel was very friendly - replying to emails and queries within a day or two.
2. One of the worst experiences was the slow nature of any step taken - this might be the norm when applying to Harrow Council, but we were not informed of the reason for delays, so could not speculate if it was Harrow Council or London Interiors.
3. Flood risk assessment was not applied on time - apparently that was the reason for the rejection of the application.
4. FINAL BLOW: Despite making it clear that the rear extension MUST be made for 4m, it
