Iv always used galaxy blinds and had new windows and window cill and my blinds where to long so rang them up and they sent me out straight away 2 great lads that sorted it out straight away til my shutters come I’m over the moon they couldn’t do enough to help me out nothing was a trouble and at no cost thank you all so much

Myself and my daughter have used Galaxy Blinds many years and no complaints, until 5 weeks ago when the measurer who was very pleasant came along to measure, I informed him that we wanted to replace the vertical blind slats in 2 rooms to be the Exact sizes, a week later they were fitted Both sets were short, the bedroom slats are almost 2 centimetres short and the lounge Blinds are 1.5 centimetres short, they look absolutely ridiculous. After many calls and waiting for them to return our calls they send the measurer out again and he took 2 of my original vertical slats back with him to hopefully

Great service. Rang the office on Monday to check if they could measure for a set of patio vertical blinds.
Very nice bloke measured & priced up on Wednesday & the blinds were fitted within 5 minutes on Friday.
Great price & highly recommended. Will recommend to others & very happy to buy from Galaxy blinds again in future.

I recently had blinds from galaxy fitted at my mothers house but my experience was bitter sweet. Andy came out to measure. What a lovely friendly guy he was. Efficiently
measured and fabric chosen. I was given a fitting date a few days later and arranged to be at my mothers house.
I was told between 1 and 5. At 3.30 I phoned to make sure we were scheduled and was told we were on the list. Nobody turned up.
The following morning I phoned the shop and was told the fitters had come but nobody was in. I said I was there all day but she insisted we weren't in. I asked where my apology was and she

I ordered Roman Blinds from Galaxy. The service has been great from start to finish. Neil came out to measure almost straight away and the blinds were ready really quick. The two young chaps that fitted the blinds were polite and efficient. No mess, no hassle. The blinds are really good quality and they look lovely. I would certainly recommend Galaxy to my friends and family. Thank you!

Well where do I start! First of all the 1st time I was booked in for the blinds to be fitted, the living room had been made with the measurements the opposite way around. Then 4 weeks later I had a problem with the blinds fraying. I messaged them with photos and a message explaining exactly which room and slats where at fault, I have proof of these messages, but apparently I said they where all faulty! I was told I could either keep the same fabric then if I had any more problems that I could choose a different frabic as it would be a faulty batch. They choose to replace all my blind which I was

Unfortunately this 'business' is a con, a scam - they supply you with boxed products that look complete but when you open them up, there are parts missing. If you contact them to ask for the missing parts, they ignore you. They may be cheap, but that's because they don't care about their customers or their families. Avoid this so-called business like the plague.
