Our accomplished installers, who are employed (not sub-contracted), have over 20 years fitting experience with the company.
We provide an extensive range of stylish reinforced door panels that are made from heavy duty uPVC and are insulated with a resilient foam core, providing the highest possible resistance to weathering and ageing. Door canopies available in many distinctive styles can transform the appearance of your home.
Satisfied customers include not just householders, but also church organisations, charities, councils and an MP. Unlike many bigger companies, we have no need for cold calling or hard sell techniques, as our own customers are our best advertisement. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered a composite door.
Took two months from original order to fitting, not really a problem but after being fitted I noticed a fault on one side of the window surrounds within the door. I telephoned to report the problem and after a couple of weeks a 'rep' called and after looking at the problem said they needed to fit a new ' window cassette '. He would order one. After about seven weeks the cassette had still not arrived / been fitted however I was still sent a letter telling me the payment was overdue !! I was annoyed so telephoned the company. No answer so I left
