Incredible service, the fitter Grant paid great attention to detail and made the experience really pleasant! I am very meticulous about my house because I've had bad carpet before but Grant made sure every detail was perfect, I'm beyond happy!

We wanted 2m wide lino to take away with us. Had previously visited a chain store which only had really thin linos in a very limited selection, and a salesman who seemed very uninterested. By comparison, at Floorex we were greeted as we walked in, told to ask if we had any questions, then left to browse the selection in peace. We found a suitable lino, much thicker for a similar price to the previous store, and bought and paid for it easily and simply. One of the staff even loaded it into the car for us - very pleased, thank you very much 🙂
