At the early stages of enquiry, most questions we receive are about feasibility and cost. We respond to this need by booking a free design consultation with a member of our Architectural Team. This consultation typically takes around 20- 30mins and following the meeting we will send you a tailored, fixed fee Design Proposal, along with an outline quotation for the works.
We have designed this service for prospective homeowners, who are looking to purchase a property but want to understand more about the potential to extend. A member of our Pre-Contracts Manager or Architectural Team will visit the property with you to get a feel for the existing property and understand more about what you want to achieve.

Service is worst experienced and i have few houses and have the experience of good job and bad job. The whole project is ruined by Renis and his funny people builders who almost cannot speak the Language or Understand common things. Please if you reading do not go with the service

DnB London fully refurbished my flat, including full refloor, full kitchen and two bathrooms. My friends always tell me that building work or refurbs are painful, but Renis and team took all the stress out of the process.
Excellent pricing transparency - they quoted per item line-by-line in a spreadsheet, tracking any changes as I requested them.
Great quality of work and attention to detail.
Always responsive to any questions and happy to meet.

Whenever anyone asked me how was the renovations were going in the new flat I bought, I said that I have the perfect contractor. B&D are incredibly reliable and work quickly. They updated me throughout this process with photos and I felt like my flat was in safe hands. Renis went above and beyond to make me happy and make sure I got what I wanted. I will definitely work with them again at the next opportunity and high-highly recommend them!! It was a pleasure and the end results was beautiful.

I was drawn in by the good reviews and 4th week into project i started seeing very bad reviews . I can confirm that these guys are bunch of con artists hiding behind a story of someone blackmailing them. Renis is full of lies and their architects are not capable of completing no project. Please void going with this company as i ended up wit the materials and noone wanting to continue the project that was started . We are in to cold seasons with no heating left with us .. very sad and upset with the issue ! Please void and dont fall into a trap like we all did

Very bad communication , customer service is rubbish ! I can only wish them luck as i can see that most reviews are bad and HOUZ is been contacted to have a look what they been putting out 5 out 5 for . I managed to stop the project on time and only lost a lot of time. Bought the materials and managed to refund it with the supplier where Renis did not want to even take part of ! Very bad company , if you want to loose money you go with them but better avoid to save yourself a lot of time and stress! Surely isnt worth of recommending to noone ! if only google had - reviews i would give 100 -* to

We are very pleased with the job DBL has done for us. DBL has completly renovated our new flat in W14 to a very high standard, in the time and budget set. They are very responsive, reliable, punctual and professional. Reinis and his team will go the extra mile and were always happy to help. We are delighted with the result and definetly recommend them.

I would like to submit here my experience with renovation man which goes against the meaning of many opinions that I have read here and that's good for all these users. For my part as an end-of-year gift for future clients, I would like to qualify the picture. I will keep the information as concise as possible because I could write a book !! However, what to remember: require a quote from several companies, especially if you have a large construction site (+ 75KE for me, therefore 9000 E for DBL ) because my contractor subcontracted all operations (and DBL’s mad royally) and suddenly as there

Very bad service and job is done at our home in Chelsea. Renis and his team are incapable of completing even easies projects. 3rd Party Architects from a rival company that messes up so that no success can be achieved. Basically people are mess and not professionals . Would never recommend it as rennovation or even handy man services. Bad bad bad

Void Void Void , DBL and their CEO is a disgrace. Cannot believe my wife has suggested this as she for some reason felt for their website. I totally do not recommend the company as they are scamming people. The quote is way too high and difference between other rivals are 10-20K depending how far you want to trust a company to do your whole house as we were planning to use 3 other specialists with our big house. I cannot be sure about the other people but RENIS is very arrogant guy rude talking guy . I prefer a handyman to do the job rather these bunch of cowboys.
