I have a Heatmiser underfloor heating control system which was misbehaving and the suppliers will advise but won’t come onsite. I came across National Plumbing Services on google and Adam did a complete check and recommended a new part and came back and set it all up. It’s all working perfectly and I’m delighted. Adam and Roberto were friendly and professional and a pleasure to have working in the home. They were a great team, got on with the job of replacing an ancient water cylinder and double checked everything was working before they left. At first this company seemed OK, came out and fitted our undersink water tank, engineer seemed to know what he was doing and all good. Then we were hit with the bill. I wouldn't usually leave a review but felt I had to warn potential customers. Check, check, check your invoice, especially for parts/materials charged, as for receipts! They added on loads of parts not even used and duplicates of things. Then 2 months later our tank stops working. Their workmanship year guarantee is worthless! Wouldn't even come out without charging now extortionate fees, very unhelpful and said it was the brand new
