The worst company I have ever used.
AVOID at all costs. Do not hire them, do not waste your money on them. Literally any other company will provide a better service. I have been trying to have my appliance repaired for weeks. I have prepaid for the parts, but after so many follow up emails and phone calls to go repair that I've lost count, I am still waiting for my oven to be fixed. At this point I don't know if it ever will be. I urge anybody considering using this company NOT TO. You will waste not only your money, but also your time and energy and get no where. Go Assist are unprofessional

It's a shame you can't give zero stars! This company and Big Warranties (who share the same customer care team but are supposedly separate) have set up a clever system to deceive consumers. I paid £200 on a no fix no fee basis... small print then showed that any parts and labour costs above £200 aren't covered! I cancelled the agreement the following week and they tried to claim that I wasn't owed a refund as the fault was fixable. After arguing my case they agreed to only withhold £89 for the diagnostics (bit steep but not wholly unreasonable). However, they then took £50

Worst company I've ever had to deal with. I paid them over £200 to send a repairman which took over a week. The repairman said I need a new part he doesn't have and they need to order. Then for a whole month, I've heard nothing back. Whenever I called them I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to pick up and when they finally did, they said they'll check and get back to me and they never did. When I had finally asked for a refund, they said they'll check again and suddenly - they can fix my appliance. Only I need to pay over £300 more for them to do so. When my appliance
