Disgraceful business and non existent customer service. Been waiting 6 weeks for an exchange. Was told the out of stock item will be available within a week and be sent out. 2 weeks later still nothing. Calls go unanswered and recent email with no reply. LED Hut have my money and I have nothing to show for it.
They should not be allowed to trade.
More headache than it’s worth :(

I ordered some lightbulbs, they arrived broken. These things happen. I wouldn't give a bad review for that. However, 6 emails ignored, more than a dozen tries to call - no answer and 2 weeks later I'm no closer to a refund or a replacement. Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement of my complaint.
I couldn't even return the goods and hope someone in the warehouse would sort it out. It was a box of broken glass; I can't return that safely. I'm still finding fragments in my carpet!

There does not seem to be any way to contact this company. No response to emails or calls, they even put an invalid phone number of their order confirmation email.
Ordered some lamps but full delivery address was not provided to their couriers. My package seems to have been returned to them but am unable to find out if it's every likely to be sent out again. Will have to order elsewhere, suggest you all do the same.

Very poor customer service. I am an Electrician and have recently bought two products from LED Hut that have failed. It's fair to say that things sometimes go wrong but I am completely unable to return the products. They are within their warranty period but when you select the returns option on their phone lines it rings out to no where with no answering machine option. I also tried sending an email to their support address twice and got no response. I am a trade customer so God know how the general public is treated.

The lamps are ok. Nothing special. Fail rate is above 10% for the lamps I ordered. When they fail, I have to send them back at the expense of my time and money... 15,000 hours? behave, more like 15 week at a push. 200 lamps ordered and over 20 have now taken on a low glow when running. literally today I went back to change another 4 lamps 6 months on.
I ask why? I get a factory response and told to send them back so our electrician can look at them before we will proceed never mind the claims made by them in regards to the life expectancy or reliability. Some are also flickering and running hot
