We needed two bound carpet pieces to act as stands for some heavy chairs so that we could protect the main carpet. Wirral Carpets were unable to help but they put us in touch with a business in Birkenhead that was able to provide what we wanted. Whatever way you look at it that is excellent service from Wirral Flooring and Carpets. Thank you very much.

Needed 2 carpets - Got through to Matt who was great, he arranged for the rooms to be measured and then sent us a well priced quote within 24 hours. The price was fantastic and we agreed the fitting date. Mark and his crew turned up at the time they said and did a brilliant job fitting the carpet quickly. The job is perfect, wife is very happy - That's all that matters after all. We will be using them again for any flooring we need. Thanks again!

One word to sum up this company, excellent! The whole process was flawless from help with picking out the right flooring to the finished floor itself.

A fabulous service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. It was so useful to take a sample home to see it at different times of day.
Through no fault of our own we had to change the planned fit date and everyone was so understanding. When we finally got there, Eddie undertook a great fitting job. We are so pleased with our beautiful carpet.

We have had flooring for our new kitchen, we went to a number of retailers and were always left confused by the vast choice etc. When we visited Wirral Flooring we found the staff knowledgable and they helped us narrow down the options, then gave us large samples to take home to try. They promptly visited to measure and the quote was incredibly competitive. I can honestly say that they are perfectionists when it came to levelling the floor and fitting. The floor is beautiful, we are delighted with it and the service from start to finish. Thank you Quentin and all the team 👌😀
