The company has extensive experience in the residential sector with many prestigious developments in this country and abroad. Projects include the conversion of historic ex-government offices in Central London to high end residences including an 850m2 duplex penthouse. These apartments have full air conditioning, heat recovery ventilation and fully integrated Crestron home automation systems.
Our team has now launched a new commissioning check service to help clients/building owners to get to the route of problems more quickly. Focusing on all mechanical and engineering (M&E) building services, we oversee the planning, commissioning, certification, implementation and ongoing compliance with industry standards and codes.
