I ordered some headphone parts for delivery via the Gerald Giles site, having already tried to order them direct from Bose and been let down. I was really impressed when my Gerald Giles order showed up at my door in Bristol the next day via overnight delivery. That's above and beyond. Fantastic service, and definitely recommended!

Our delivery had not arrived in the given timeline despite being dispatched. Service upon calling was outstanding. Got into contact straight away, lady investigated and got back to me via phone within 1h. New delivery was brought on the way immediately and arrived 2 days later.
I have every understanding if a company has a small problem with a delivery company, especially in the times of lockdown. It is all about how you then deal with it. And here you are in excellent hands.

I placed an order online for a cordless vacuum cleaner. The checkout stated that delivery was free. Subsequently I received an email stating that if I wanted the product, I'd have to pay another £20 to have it delivered to Northern Ireland. Any extra delivery charges should be stated at checkout...it's not that difficult!! Even a message at checkout stating excess delivery charges to certain postcodes would be advisable!
As a consequence the item I thought I had bought (as a gift for a disabled person to enable them to clean, as opposed to a big, heavy machine) I will now have to find another
