I am beyond happy with the excellent service New Windows provided from start to finish. John in particular was a really friendly and helpful sales representative, it was an actual pleasure dealing with him. The price was extremely reasonable, the products installed are exactly as quoted and high quality and the fitters did the most tidy and superb job. Thank you all.

Buying 3 new doors was quick and easy. The price was reasonable and the aftercare has been decent. There was an error with the front door handle colour to which they apologised and have arranged a replacement to be fitted with no hesitation. Very friendly people to deal with from, quotation through to installation.

Not even worth one star!
Very disgusted with the customer service.
The company failed to register the installation of replacement windows with the regulated body at the time and they are refusing to correct the problem even though it has been a legal requirement since April 2002 for any windows installers to register the work done, and so are now leaving me in a predicament! I am selling my house and this is a certificate that is required!
Be careful people, make sure their accreditated regulated body send you a CERTIFICATE when the job has been completed, and don't get fobbed off. They are

Door fitted was "warped" this was blamed on the company that made the door - which leads me to think they have no quality check.
Terrible bad workmanship on the fitting of the door, the inside plastic surround was badly joined.
Inside the rubber seal at the bottom of the door was not fitted correctly allowing a draft under the door.
Due tocto it took weeks to get it all sorted, but service and communication was pathetic, using excuses like "our phone systems and internet are down" ridiculous.
When the new door was fitted and the plastic inside surround fixed, it was the two same workman that

Buying a window and front door was quick and easy. The price was reasonable and the aftercare has been great. When I called to say the door hinge needed minor adjustment (as the fitters warned us it may and to call them) they apologised for not being able to come out the same day -after checking we could still use the door. Instead they came the next day, agreed it had dropped and fixed it straight away. Great people to deal with. We have had a couple of issues getting through on the phone but have always managed it and the store means that you can pop in if needed. And I love our front door!

Used to be a reliable small family run business but appears to have been taken over (maybe not on sales & fitting but definitely on service and repairs side - who are NOT New Windows)
Now feels like a national centre, free quotes, but 2 week waiting time and £60 before adding parts etc.
My windows are outside of guarantee and although have been fixed by New Windows staff in the past, will now be looking elsewhere hopefully cheaper, quicker and nearer.
They have lost my loyalty as a previous customer......shame.

No question about the ability and quality of the fitters but the quality of our conservatory and the questionable service provided by the back office is shocking. Since we had the conservatory fitted, it has rained 3 times and the conservatory has leaked 3 times despite being "fixed". The fitters were rushed off the job towards its end. I would think very carefully before engaging this company and spending your hard earned money on their products.
