Riley James Surveyors Ltd is a firm of Chartered Surveyors specialising in the provision of residential property surveying services. Based in Stockport, Cheshire, our team is equipped to deal with all aspects of residential property surveying. Our expertise includes residential property valuation, HomeBuyers Reports and building surveying.
A Building Survey is the most detailed of the three main property surveys available. Our Chartered Surveyors have a detailed knowledge of residential building defects for various different property types. Schedules of Condition and Dilapidation reports are issued to tenants and landlords who are entering, renewing or ending lease agreements.
A residential building survey comprises of comprehensive assessment and evaluation of a property and its condition, by a professional. There is a vast range of building types that come under the category of residential property; and a typical residential property survey consists of inspection of the building's fabric, finishes, structure, outbuildings and grounds, and all kinds of defects.
Our Surveyors are some of the most experienced in the marketplace having been qualified since the first introduction of EPC's back in 2007. We have prepared thousands of EPC's for an extensive range of property types ranging from bulk social housing stock to private individual dwellings. We are able to provide Green Deal Assessments (that incorporate an EPC) through our network of fully qualified and accredited Green Deal Advisors.
