We have had several blinds fitted by broadview and have been satisfied with all. So much so, in May 2019 we went mad and ordered an awning to come over our patio at vast cost! Was delivered a d fitted in the September with 2 year guarantee. So far, so good. However, my husband was cleaning the outside casing in October this year a d noticed the cover for the junction box on the side was missing. Contacted broadview who wouldn’t even acknowledge that it might not have been fitted in the first place! They just said it was out of guarantee (by 6 weeks!!,) so would cost £150 call out to fit new

Customer service doesn't seem to exist with this company, made contact to have a shutter frame custom made to a pair of existing shutters and a representative attended to measure. Following this I have still yet to receive a quotation (estimate 3-6 months) I have taken time out of my days to make contact on three occassions and still no one can be bothered to return calls, even the basics cannot be met! I will not be using broadview blinds nor will I be recommending to family and friends.

The awning on my Race Truck was needing a major repair so I contacted Broadview who were very helpful unlike one of their competitors! The service from the team at Broadview Awnings was first class nothing was too much bother therefore would have no hesitation in recommending them for Vehicle Awnings.

I am very pleased with my new Roman blinds fitted by Broadview today they really finish off our downstairs windows. I have now decided to have them do the upstairs aswell. They measured and explained everything gave us good guidance and the fitter was tidy and took our old blinds away for disposal. Good service and product 5 stars...
