I called Mark at 9am and he was here within the hour. Problem diagnosed and fixed before 10:30. It's obviously not the cheapest service because he's an emergency plumber, but when you have water pouring out from the ceiling it's absolutely necessary. And we would 100% recommend him and will most definitely be using his services again.

Brilliant service. Had a tap that suddenly would not fully turn off. Mark was with us in less than hour. He was so helpful and efficient. That tap was less than three months old but clearly faulty. All fixed and feels better than it did when installed. Highly recommend this company and especially Mark.

Quick to arrive (despite being midnight), identified the cause and partially drained our water tank to stop a leak (couldn’t be repaired). Called twice the next day to check we were still ok, then came back to the house to get our system partially running again, all for no further charge. Felt genuinely invested in us.
Was in two minds whether to pay the higher fees of an emergency plumber, but this was honestly the best money I’ve spent in a while. Would recommend to anyone.

Called at tea time and plumber was at our house in under an hour, he had the leak repaired, new tap installed and everything sorted within the hour. He had all the parts required with him in the van. Excellent, no fuss, pleasant and helpful, we went from water leaking all over the bathroom, to all sorted and tidy. We would highly recommend this business.
