All roofs are replaced using maintenance free materials, dry ridge systems, dry verge units and dry GPR valley troughs which means no mortar is used at all on most roof types. We use fully breathable roof membranes to provide a fully ventilated roof area, which is building regulations requirements, we also use fully graded BS5534 roof battens on all our roofs, which are NHBC requirements.
Craig Bridges roofers are Freefoam registered installers. Freefoam is a complete roofline solution which is guaranteed for 50 years, it is leak free, withstands extreme changes in temperature from 30 c to -15c, it is UV protected and can be recycled, it will not warp crack discolour or blister. Prompt visit to assess work required followed by detailed competitive estimate. The site visit included access onto the roof to assess the integrity of the covering and boards. (unlike a competitor who had assessed the roof using a camera on a pole)
Arrived on site with team at the exact time and worked efficiently and tidily throughout the morning. Old flat roof removed and roof insulated, boarded and new rubber roof, edgings and flashing installed and site cleared all within the morning! The team was polite and helpful moving plant pots and other items from the walls to make sure no damage was

Craig and team are fantastic. You can tell they really care about their work as if they are working on their own property.
We had a leaky roof that was proving troublesome for other firms to pinpoint and fix.
This was fixed on a blisteringly hot day with no fuss at all. Since had loads of rain and not a drop of water to be seen leaking in now.
Use these guys. You will not regret it.

We asked Craig to look at the roof as we had a leak, his response was immediate. We had 3 quotes and decided that his was the fairest with the work he was doing. He explained what we needed to have done and was very quick to fit us in. Very pleased with the professional job that was done, friendly team that worked hard. Will not hesitate to use again.

Just had complete new roof on a semi, new roof on extension and all new soffits gutters and facials all done by Craig and his team. He gave us a good price, started the work on time,if not a little earlier to help us.Finished when he said he would.
Very tidy, very considerate and friendly to neighbours. Craig was very understanding and helpful with our immediate neighbour who had concerns about her own roof.
