In the UK, it's thought that a burglary occurs approximately every 40 seconds, and shockingly, in around 30% of cases, the homeowner or family member is home at the time. Almost half of all burglaries are spur of the moment; opportunistic thieves will take advantage of an open door or window, and can be in and out of your property in a matter of minutes.
Simple yet flexible stand alone access control solutions comprise a control unit and reader; there is no need for a PC and are typically used where the extra functionality of networked solutions is not required. Door Entry (or Intercom) systems are traditionally used to request and allow/deny controlled access to buildings & sites.
Fire can be catastrophic; from tragic loss of life to the devastating impact on business trading and damage to property and personal effects. Of these incidents, 28% were genuine fires but remarkably, 42% of all reported incidents were false alarms caused by faulty apparatus, putting incredible strain on the FRS.
At Coral we take customer satisfaction and feedback extremely seriously. First class customer service is one of our core values, and as part of our SSAIB accreditation, we have to request feedback from all of our customers on completion of the installation. Customer service needs a major overhaul not only unresponsive but rude too boot. I was told if I didn't like the way they operated then to go elsewhere - that's exactly what I have done.
Edited to say you can see by the sarcastic and personal attack response there's no reasoning. Basically, they did not like me questioning why they had charged me for work not carried out and blamed COVID but the building was empty. My new company has also found several issues which were never picked up.Yes, I did get a partial refund but only after pursuing it.

Working within the same industry, I can tell you it is not easy to find another like minded company to work alongside on installation projects and/or service repairs. You often find a lack of interest, lack of knowledge or general disinterest. This isn't Coral Security. Coral are always responsive, attentive and honest. They are always helpful and try their hardest to meet any demands (and ours usually come at short notice!). Always willing to lend a hand, from out on site to admin/back office support. A great company led by Paul and Cheryl and I would recommend them to anyone.

Paul and Aidan advised us and set up our Construction yard to the most effective and efficient way to monitor it. We have been using them for nearly 4 years now.
