Essence have just completed gutter replacements and repointing for our entire tenement block. The team, led onsite by Paul have done a brilliant and high quality job, with great attention to detail throughout. We are delighted with the results and the job has vastly improved our building and the new gutters have made an instant difference when it rains.
The job was quoted by Ryan, and Gemma in the office managed all our questions and requests brilliantly. Communication was great and the whole team friendly and helpful, the quote was competitive and clear too. The team were reliable and straightforward

Essence replaced a velux window and skylight in my loft - excellent service from initial contact to finishing the job. Good communication from the office, kept me up to date, the roofers explained the work being done and were very conscientious about it. They identified other problems with the roof and I have booked them to carry out the repairs as a result of the good experience (no hard sell involved, I was aware there were other issues with it being an old roof and had asked them to investigate/advise). Their quotes were also significantly lower than other companies who quoted both jobs.

Where to start? Called 3 roofing companies to begin with, customer service from Gemma and office staff at essence exceptional straight office the bat and far better than others, i felt like a valued client already at this early stage.
Booked in for a new roof consultation to which Paul turned up on time and as planned. Very thorough, professional and friendly throughout the survey and the quotation arrived swiftly afterwards. Price competitive with others and i was more than happy to accept and book in.

Excellent experience using essence. Customer service was as good as I've ever had and roof repair was carried out within the day. The guys onsite Paul and Stephen where friendly and very approachable. All round one happy customer and will certainly use essence for any future roofing work.

Ryan, Paul and the Essence team have been completely professional throughout the work to our roof, downpipes and gutters. There was great communication, they checked we were happy with the progress during the job and modified any aspect we asked for. Essence Roofing and Building Services worked on the roof of my parents home, carrying out a repair to their roof and making good an interior room that had been effected by water ingress.
