I called Bill on a bank holiday regarding an emergency leak from my bathroom into the flat downstairs. He was responsive, prompt and efficient and arrived within the hour. He asked for some photos prior to arriving and provided a quote so, when he came, he was quick to assess and fix the issue. He was also friendly, professional and kept myself and downstairs well informed. Went above and beyond. Would recommend!

Bill did an amazing job of repairing our kitchen tap and pipes. We needed an emergency plumber on Saturday morning after our kitchen tap and pipes burst. Bill responded straight away and was great at communicating. I took photos of the tap and pipes that needed repairing and he knew exactly what needed to be done and the type of tap and pipes that were needing to be replaced. Bill did a fantastic job, was super friendly and was really reasonably priced. I would definitely use him again if we needed a plumber. Thanks Bill!

I had an urgent plumbing requirement - whereby an under sink leak had required us to shut off the mains water. Bill was with me in 2 hours & kept me updated on his arrival. He talked me through the problem & did a very thorough check of his fix & the rest of the pipes under the sink. He was good chat too - really appreciate the excellent service!
