Totally unprofessional attitude and adopt a Hard Sell approach in their dealings with customers. They should make it clear that they never visit properties to provide a quote but rely on customers sending them photographs of the properties and making their assessment from these photographs. I was pressurised into being asked to pay50% upfront to ensure that they would prioritise the work and then when I didnt require CCTV for one property due to a bereavement I was told not to bother sending photographs for the other property that was part of our initial discussions. I have serious concerns about this bloke. At first he asked for a photo of my house and then phoned to tell me what he recommended and emailed a quote. He would not listen to what I wanted which was fewer cameras and talked loudly over me, preventing me speaking. He didn't respond to my email request for a new quote as per my requirements as he doesn't like email communication ( unless he wants to write me a long abusive message) . After finally agreeing to do what I wanted they showed up quite quickly and fitted the stuff but left an internet lead running down the front of my house near to the

Kevin is a true life saver. I had to replace the lock in my shop as an emergency. Called first to get a rough quote. Very polite and straight to the point guy. I'm useless in describing what lock I had fitted on a door but his questions didn't made. Me feel like a complete idiot and got him the information he needed. Quote was bang on. He did the job in no time and even cut spare keys for me. I don't think I could ask for anymore. Invoicing is all electronic so makes it all even easier. Excellent as always! Kevin installed a full CCTV/alarm system for us 2 years ago. We were very impressed with the service and expertise... Recently decided to have a Wi-fi enabled, CCTV doorbell installed and Kev was my first call. The kit is great and it was installed without fuss. Very impressed with the price and service!

Their workmanship was excellent, they tidied up after themselves and the CCTV system that I purchased represented great value for money as I'd had quotes which were considerably more expensive from other providers for the same kit. Kevin also took a great deal of time explaining and showing me how the system worked, how to use the hard drive etc and also installed an app on my iPhone so
