Can’t fault this company or give them enough credit to be honest! Initially measurements were taken incorrectly by them for Roman blinds to my bay window but the quality manager came out and re-measured for us and made brand new ones for us and also refunded us 10% of cost as compensation for the mistake. They have swiftly answered our queries always and items have been made and delivered within days! Their friendly customer service call team are always welcoming to assist with any issues too. Overall great company and fantastically run business-will use them again always! Always give someone

31st October 2021 update - My husband rang the company after i saw management asking us to ring. He spoke to a lady called Saf and she stated there was no one available from management. She took our details and advised management would call back. Its now been over a week and nobody has called back. I have attached pictures to show the blinds are now bending and blackouts are nowhere to be seen with all the gaps.
