Made an absolute shambles of my neighbours garden, my neighbour isn't on social media and is on the vulnerable list so couldn't do this himself but he is totally gutted at the mess they have left him with and when he's contacted them they keep saying they will come and see but never showed.

I got Bryan Hewitson Groundworks in to do my garden and steps up to my front door, he made a total mess of it. Completely random cuts on curved steps, loose slabs and a patio higher than the garage floor so the rain ran into the garage were just some of the issues.
So almost three years of Trading Standards, taking him to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court (and winning) then Sheriff Officers to try to get him to pay what he owes, he's now applied for and got Bankruptcy Protection. That means he can keep trading and do to others what he did to me.
