I've just finished my set of 3 inspections with this service. We had a rodent issue in our kitchen. We called the service in the middle of the night and a lovely man called Scott came out the next day to help us. He came out to us a following 2 times to ensure the issue was gone and by the 3rd visit there was no sign of any rodents left.
I would highly recommend this service to others, especially Scott who was very discrete when coming to our home as well as polite, friendly and educational on the issue we were experiencing.
If we were to have an issue in the future I would 100% use this service

I had rats in the loft, so called Youngs pest control, paid £165 for the 3 visits at the initial appointment , the poison was put out and the noise in the loft seemed to have quietened down slightly, so we were finally able to have a goodnight sleep again. However the second and third visit took 2 minutes each just to view the poison, it was pretty useless, as the rats are still up there and nothing has changed and now back to square one. A 4th call out was quoted at £39, don't understand why or what would have been done, if the only thing they did was to put the poison out to begin with, really

Called Youngs after a long wait on the phone to the local council pest control. With no answer from the council after around 45 mins and being transferred twice, I gave up and called Youngs as they were one of the first to pop up on google.
The initial conversation to organise their visit was easy, he was very informative and answered all my daft questions without hesitation!
I was advised about the phone call before visit and that if I miss the call they need to rearrange, which although people have left bad reviews for, if you missed the knock on the door would you expect them to wait for you
