Mead maintenance is a property refurbishment company based in North Hertfordshire. We started out specialising in plastering & decorating with the keen eye for finishing and now with the right tradesmen working with us we cover all aspects of property refurbishments and home improvements. Having worked interior and exterior on domestic and commercial buildings including care homes, offices, churches, schools, dwellings and surgeries.

With practical solutions we only supply and install quality materials and ensure good customer care and communication with flexibility and reliability. Mead Maintenance have a done a wonderful job on our new home. Our new house was cosmetically run down with very old decor, artex etc. Corey and his team have refurbished our house to exactly how we wanted it. It was perfect only having to deal with Corey to oversee all other tradesman that carried out work on our home.

Mead Maintenance refurbished our lounge and hall stairs and landing which included new radiators, new lights, new skirting , new doors ,new window , new hand rails in stairway and all plastered and decorated to a high standard!

Corey redecorated our whole house for us, including electrical and carpentry works needed. All were done to a very high standard and we are really pleased with the results! Wr would highly recommend Mead Maintenance 😁

Corey and his cousin plastered our kitchen ceiling on the 12th of Nov. They tried to clean up the mess but unfortunately plaster was trodden into the carpet in our dining room and hallway. We were happy with how the ceiling dried. After painting just one coat of white the ceiling started to blister in a number of places. I contacted Corey and explained the issue; he said he didn't have the time to return and even if he did, he would have to recharge us to come out again to rectify his issue. He said that he was not aware that the ceiling was paper despite my husband telling him this before he stared

Corey plastered my hall stairs and landing with artex ceilings to a high standard and painted it all after, including all walls and woodwork.
