Andre the contract manager and all the workforce were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the works required. The contract was undertaken in a professional manner even in the troubling times the works were being undertaken. Really friendly and polite. More importantly the felt roof appears to have been done very well, very tidy and smart looking job.

Richard Soan Roofing Services continues to achieve the Gold Standard for Health & Safety accreditation from the National Federation of Roofing Contractors. To put this award into context there are 1090 NFRC members nationally and only 80 have received Gold status. In the London Southern Counties region we have 424 members of which only 27 obtained the Gold award.

Dear Richard,
I want to thank you and your staff for the roofing work carried out at our school over the last several months.
Despite bad weather at the start of the project the roof works has been completed to a high standard and the benefits are already being noticed from the insulation and skylights.
The workmen were very respectful and hardworking, any issues that may have arisen were addressed directly to either yourself or the site manager and rectified immediately. Communication with both yourself and Jordan, the site manager, were very good. Daily updates were provided and at all times

I am writing to thank you for our new roof. It is so reassuring to know that KS1 is safe, dry and warm at last.
On behalf of everyone at Forest Row Primary School, I would like to say what a pleasure it was having the team from Richard Soan Roofing Services Ltd carrying out the work. Scott and his colleagues, Robbie and Pedro, kept us informed at every stage and made the children the priority at all times. Their professional and friendly attitudes quickly made them a welcome part of our school community.
Considering the size of the works the disruption to school life was minimal.
