Your agreed budget is produced before any major drawing begins. This enables the viability of the project to be checked. For example, we consider effects to the overall value of the dwelling with the additions of proposed extensions etc. At this stage we consider the potential and scope of your design as we sketch options and varied layouts.
Four new houses on the Balcombe Road, Pound Hill were designed on an old Blacksmiths site using stone detailing to keep within character of the original Blacksmiths on site. The dwellings consist of two 4 bedroom detached properties and two 3 bedroom semi-detached properties in a 'mews' style courtyard with off road parking.
JNA have and are working extensively in the 'On Trade' sector providing specialist design for bars, clubs and restaurants. Due to our practical and pragmatic approach we have been called upon a number of times to design stylish, contemporary licensed premises. We Offer a range of Architectural services particular to each premises and advise on obtaining licenses.
