This includes blocks of flats, hotels, restaurants, rest homes, nursing homes, retirement apartment blocks, schools, offices, doctors and dentist surgeries, and all types of retail shops and businesses, in all communal areas of public buildings, internal and external.

When the surface is still damp underneath, paint traps the moisture in and causes bubble effects. It needs to be completely sanded down and allowed to dry. Moisture attacks surfaces, it needs Weathershield fungicidal wash, then repainted with Weathershield paint. Please remove as many items as you can, or if this is not possible store furniture in the centre of the room.
