Gardasoft was founded in 1999 producing LED lighting controllers for the Machine Vision industry, and is now established as a global leader in the design, manufacture and application of high performance LED control technology so that customers maximize the intensity and lifetime of their machine vision lighting system.

Line Scan speeds are continually increasing and our range of LED Line Lights offers a unique solution to high speed Line Scan illumination. For web applications from 100mm to over 3500mm Gardasoft Line lights provide illumination levels of up to 2.3 Million lux - illumination is no longer a limiting factor for this high speed process.

LEDs are current driven devices and current control from the LED power supply is essential for precise intensity control. The Gardasoft LED Lighting Controller range offers precise current control (strobe, pulse or continuous control) to ensure stable and repeatable illumination for Machine Vision Lighting and Image recognition systems.

Focus-tunable lenses have clear advantages over traditional optics and are suitable for diverse applications. Optotune's lenses are current controlled and require an accurate current control for best performance. For volume applications, or where lens controller functionality is required in a special format, Gardasoft Vision can supply specific solutions that are tailored to your requirements.

Gardasoft Vision provides five pieces of software to assist the use of Gardasoft controllers in machine vision applications. Depending upon your controller model, error codes may be received via Ethernet or RS232, or displayed on a panel. The Error Page shows a full list of event and error codes.
