Beware of the quality of their fitting service.
One of our curtain poles became detached from the wall so I made contact to see if there was anything that could be done. At this point I have to point out that the original fitting was done seven years ago. However, I was able to provide them with significant evidence of an extremely poor quality of fitting that had initially been done, and that it was merely luck that it had not come done sooner.
The plasterboard is not faulty and all fixings have come out of the holes. Of the four fixings used to attach the pole to the wall, three were defective

I have an interior design company and have worked with Pret A Vivre on several of my projects. The most recent involved the installation of motorised ceiling mounted tracks and floor to ceiling curtains for two sets of 15m long bi-fold doors. Pret A Vivre's expertise and advice with configuration and installation of the tracks and their integration into the electrical control system was invaluable. The fitting was professional and completed with minimal disruption to my clients who were delighted with the end result. I can't recommend the team at Pret A Vivre highly enough for their expertness

Finally got round to writing a review although had my curtains supplied and fitted last year! From the first meeting (Deepak in Fulham showroom) to the final fitting by two delightful guys - Owen and Ainsley - everything was more then perfect. My curtains are beautiful and admired by many! Deepak was extremely helpful in assisting me with colour choice/fabric as I don't have any creative instincts so I was overjoyed the day Owen and Ainsley arrived with my curtains (and voiles). Deepak kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I understood everything about fittings, weight etc which

I recently discovered the fabulous fabrics at Pret a Vivre in the showroom on Wandsworth Bridge Road, near my workshop where I make bags and baskets. Helen has been so helpful and it’s been a delight to go through the treasure trove of a basement there. I was hoping to be able to get to the Outlet in Nottingham but can’t right now, so Joanne there very kindly gave me a virtual shopping experience, going through the remnants and end-of-roll fabrics for me to choose from. Thank you, both! Wonderful service given with genuine enthusiasm for the fabrics.

My husband and I have recently ordered some made-to-measure curtains for our dining room and our living room, the latter with a very big bay window with in the end required a lot of guidance in order to find the right style and size for both pole and finials. The staff at Pret-A-Vivre, from Adele in the showroom through to Mark in the fitting department and the fitters who came to our flat, was extremely professional and very pleasant to deal with, showing a high standard of service and attention to details, and ensuring at each step that we were making the right choice. Don't bother, honestly. We came in to order curtains for the living room as well as the bedroom, and paid for a designer visit to our house to agree on the material, colour, stacking of the curtains etc.
We had a displeasure of working with one of the "designers", who, after a visit to the property, created an incorrect quote with the cording of the track even though the cording requirements were discussed in detail. The designer also insisted on two installers attending due to the size of the windows, and we were charged extra for two fitters, however only one fitter actually showed up on the
