From the beginning of a building project through to its conclusion, I can turn your initial ideas into reality by guiding you through the design and procurement stages (via consultation with Local Authority Planning and Building Control) ensuring continued compliance with current Building Regulations.
Much of my work is involved with alterations, conversions, improvements and additions to existing buildings, utilising my contract administration procedures to deliver completed schemes within the pre-defined constraints of time, budget and quality. The project management of new construction work lies at the heart of my business and I have successfully delivered numerous projects, meeting whilst exceeding client expectations in the process.
