It has been proved that properties with inadequate security measures are five times more likely to be burgled than those with simple security products fitted. Installing the recommended padlocks / locks to windows and doors will make a big difference if your home or business was ever targeted by criminals.
Upvc doors and window have become a common sight on houses through resent years and these are generally fitted with Multi-point locking mechanisms. These can be handle or key operated with the cylinder locking the mechanism in place. At times, problems can occur with these, ranging from faulty cylinders to failed mechanisms which can either leave you locked out or with an un-usable door.
Master Keying is where a series of locks works with individual keys but is also accessible using a Master Key. A hierarchical system of locks and keys are provided giving individual access to offices or areas to authorised key holders only. For example: The Managing Director has access to all offices but the Sales Manager may only access certain areas and be restricted from others.

I needed an extremely complicated key copying. I booked an appointment with them and arrived at the shop with the key. One of their locksmiths worked on the key. Whilst he was doing that I selected a few more products which I needed. The key was completed quickly considering the difficulty of the job. I was delighted at the price given the cost of the blank which they had ordered in specifically for the job and the time of a skilled technician. When I took the key home it worked perfectly. A good family owned business which has been in town since I was a boy.

Truly great customer service and experience
Used Stapletons this morning as my door wasn't locking correctly this morning, left my partner at home, stripped my door down with what they wanted and took it in the shop
Straight down to the point, no nonsense stripped the gearbox of my pvc door down and fitted a new one in around 20 minutes after first looking at fixing the old one...
Just under £60 later, one happy customer and one repaired door later
Also... Looks like their shop as been revamped, must say it looks pretty good at the moment
