This is the second time I've used OIS and once again I’m very satisfied with how it went. They packed all my belongings and moved them into storage. All the work was done exactly on schedule, to the price agreed, and the people sent were hard working, flexible and communicative. I’m very grateful.

My wife and I have moved several times over the last few years including this week (July 2020) and each time we have used OIS Removals. We used Oisin Removals to move out of our old house in 2018 and then into our new house in 2020 when the renovations were completed. In the meantime, they stored a large amount of our belongings for 18 months. The move was quite complicated as we needed to move items to 3 locations when moving out (the new address, a temporary address and storage) and then back from storage and our temporary address when we returned. Ois Removals helped us with a tricky job in SW London, combining the contents of two flats into a single house, with scheduling being a moving target due to complications with exchange / completion on the destination property.
They were bang on time in the morning, and worked quickly and efficiently to make a very stressful day for us a lot easier. They were also friendly & good-spirited when we faced delays due to occurences outside of our control, and I was very grateful to have them. They also dismantled and reassembled our furniture with no problems at all. Strongly recommend!

Oisin’s team have been brilliant, I highly recommend this company. During 2018-2019 we renovated our house in stages so we ended-up using OIS several times. The first time we packed everything ourselves. The second time we decided to use the packing services of OIS for all if our furniture (which was very helpful if you do not like disassembling and reassembling your furniture!). On each occasion the team arrived promptly and executed the move in a highly efficient manner. The booking team were very responsive and helpful. A genuinely great company to deal with. From the moment they arrived (nice and early, may I add), the friendly team of three introduced themselves and got to work without wasting any time. We were really impressed at the way they moved and packed away all the goods quickly and without any fuss.

If there is anybody out there who is looking for a removals company to operate and take full responsibility for your move then it is NOT this company!! I am so angry - both at me for hiring this useless company and at them for the damage that they have caused to my personal, treasured belongings! I am now having to fork out to replace all of the belongings that this company has purely ruined as a result of their carelessness and as you may have guessed - I am getting no joy from this lot at this company! Wish me look guys!
