My business has been established in Gosport since 1995 and for many years, I have concentrated on gas boilers and central heating. I have installed hundreds of gas boiler in customer's homes and because of the quantity and consistency of the work; I have gained great knowledge and expertise in new and existing installations.
New boilers often come with a long guarantee up to 10 years. The manufacturers normally do repair work. All the manufacturers will want, is for the boiler to be serviced every year and paper work filled out to show this has been done. If you do not get your boiler serviced and it develops a fault you will probably end up paying for the parts and labour.
If you top up your system and then a couple of days you have lost the pressure again, then you have a leak. First check the small over flow pipe on the outside wall, normally just behind the boiler. If its leaking you will need to call me. If its dry then you may have a leak on your central heating system, this is normally from a radiator valve.

I haven’t needed to call mark out. I had an issue with an f22 error on my boiler. I watched numerous videos on resolving the issue and marks video was so easy to understand unlike the others I had watched.

Dear Mark, you are now one of my favourite people! I returned home at midnight last night after babysitting my grandchildren for two days (pretty exhausted), only to discover that my heating wasn't working. I left early this morning for work, and when I returned I could see the display was flashing f22 so googled it. My DIY skills are sadly lacking so thank you, thank you, thank you for making videos that explain things so clearly. Now my boiler is humming away and the radiators are warm, calling someone out late on a Saturday afternoon would have been very expensive. You are a kind person and

Your video is the clearest video around on repressurising a Glow Worm boiler. Other videos were not clear and caused me stress having water gushing out everywhere. Your video slows down, shows exactly what to do, and is well lit enough that we can see which way round the green lock should be.
Thank you for your excellent video!
