Over the last two years Glen and the team at Abbey have replaced most of the crumbling sash windows in our large Victorian house. They are perfectionists and true craftsmen. Their knowledgeable advice has meant we now have, not just replacements, but windows which fit properly, work perfectly and look more beautiful than before with top quality, suitable antique trims and fittings. Not only that but Glen kept us advised and informed every step of the way, and the guys were a pleasure to work with inside and outside the house. Very highly recommended.

Glen and his team were simply fantastic throughout. They replaced some truly awful aluminium frames to the front of our Victorian property with their beautiful timber sash. The quality and workmanship is second to none. The communication was first class from start to finish. Friendly. Professional. Honest. I really can't recommend them enough. Looking forward to the guys coming back later in the year to replace the rear windows!

Glen and the crew are top notch. Professional, friendly and honest. They made lovely quality sash windows for our period property in Benton made from Scandanavian redwood. I visited their factory in a Cramlington where they have experienced joiners putting together top quality windows. A joy to see such great local workmanship. The windows look great, are top quality and well priced, looking forward to getting the team back to install the last few sashes. So glad that I chose authentic wooden windows to replace our existing sashes that are so much better than plastic windows in many ways. Thanks

Abbey Sash Windows replaced all of our original single glazed sash windows in our Victorian house. They managed to keep and refurbish the original outer frames, but replaced the glass and inner frames , cords and weights.
They were really professional and communicated really well before starting the job and during it. At the end of each day they cleared up really well.
