Russ was fantastic. Extremely professional, thorough and has a great attention to detail. Needed a small hatchback cleaning after a post-party incident in the back of the car. The car had initially had a clean somewhere else, but the odours and some staining still remained. Worried the smell and remnants will never come out.
Phoned up Russ, very confident he can fix the problem. He immediately outlined what he planned to do. Saying that he needed to remove the seats, steam and chemical clean all upholstered surfaces.

I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs their vehicle deep cleaned and decontaminated. I purchased a second hand vehicle only to find it was full of dog hair and grime. Having an asthmatic and allergic daughter, a valet would not have been good enough. Russell paid strict attention to detail and cleaned/decontaminated every inch of the vehicle internally including the roof lining, seat belts and under the seats. He found grime I didn’t even know was there and had it removed. Parts of the car literally changed colour as they were restored to their former state. I can now drive my family

Russell cleaned my sofa this morning and arrived on time, was very professional and spoke to me about all possible outcomes before starting and asked me for how I wished for him to tackle the dirt in my sofa. After a couple hours my sofa came up better than I'd have imagined. I will definitely use Pro Steam again. Would highly recommend!
