Balmoral Plumbing and Heating is a Family run business based in Tottington, Bury by Paul Steventon a Fully qualified Plumbing and Heating Engineer who trained at Bury Technical College in 1985. We specialise in all aspects of Plumbing and Heating and have regular contract work from Bury Council, Local Bury Schools and Care Homes.

Immersion heaters, water tanks and even the installation of bathrooms. Our toilet kept running after being flushed. Eventually we were fed up with our quick fixes so called Paul. He was with us in minutes, replaced the part, wrote the (very reasonable) invoice, took payment, and was gone.
