We're so glad we went with City Removals, after asking 8 (!) companies for quotes. The head office staff members were very nice and professional throughout, answering any follow-up queries promptly and proving very accommodating with last-minute changes. The packers and movers were lovely, efficient and careful - everything you want in movers, really! They dismantled and reassembled our designer furniture without a hitch, labelled everything so well that unpacking was a breeze, and most importantly didn't damage anything. Thank you so much for making moving as pleasant and stress-free as can be

Daniel and the other guy. Came on time, like really early. They were both polite, and just got on with the job. Everything went like clockwork, they did what was stated on the tin. Only two issues. The guys did not wear masks, they did give reasons why not, I wore mine, they may want to think of alternatives like Visers. My Birkenstead white bed frame had a few scratches on it, I should have asked for it to be covered but nothing major only for the naked eye. I will defo use again and recommend. I gave them a tip as I felt they deserved it. Thanks.

Our experience with City Removals has been very positive.
We used them two times. Once for a removal from London to St Albans. And a second time this year from the UK to Switzerland. In both cases we were very satisfied with their professionalism, punctuality and kindness. This was especially true for the international move which was complicated by the COVID-19 lockdown. Nicola and her team were super helpful and managed to navigate the great difficulties the pandemic. Their storage facility was also convenient and clean. So pleased we used City Removals for our house move. Our two removal guys were amazing. Very friendly, professional and had no problems lugging our stuff down two flights of stairs on a VERY hot day. Also impressed how well they packed and protected our items during transit. So worth it. Will recommend.

Moving home whilst 9 months pregnant but city removals made it so easy. Extremely helpful professional and very good at what they do.

We can only say it was an excellent experience using City Removals. We found they gave an outstanding professional & efficient service at a very sensible reasonable price. They were communicative and kept us informed every step of the way.
Moving from our property in South London to Wiltshire (115 miles) we found sourcing and deciding on a removal firm one of the hardest decisions. This is the best removals company that I have ever used. The two guys who moved me from London to Margate turned up early, so we got an even earlier start. They came prepared with all necessary equipment so that my furniture was protected, and they were extremely polite and moved all my belongings with extreme efficiency. It wasn't an easy move out of my London flat, as I was on the third floor with no lift, however they moved all of my stuff into the van with ease and without complaint. We've used City Removals on 2 occasions over the past 4 years to pack and move house. We've also used 2 other companies to transport furniture in between. By far, City Removals offer a superior service. Price-wise, they're mid range, not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. For our most recent move, I got quotes from 3 companies.
