Our after care service is second to none, as we ensure that our installations continue to be highly efficient for many years afterwards. All our estimates are free, and we have a "no fix, no fee" policy for all boilers that are out of warranty. This is available to new and old customers alike.

I woke at 4am to find a boiler fault and no hot water or heating. On the 23 December I didn't hold out hope of finding a plumber before Christmas. Andrew and Matt arrived before 8 and we are all fixed! I cannot recommend them enough! Such lovely guys! Thankyou!!

I called Andrew at 7.30 am after finding a water leak downstairs. Within 1 hour they were at my house and soon found out I’d drilled a screw into a copper pipe! They repaired it and checked everything was working ok. Great service and highly recommended for private and commercial plumbing and heating services in and near Lowestoft

Can’t thank Andrew enough for helping out today to fix a boiler problem. Another plumber came up with all sorts of issues that it “might be” and it was simply a boiler reset that was needed. Such a friendly guy, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I would NOT recommend. Charged me £300 for a job that should have been no more than £120, (I have since learned) not even a full hours work. Left top of boiler in mess, dropped cement inside of boiler!, dumped leftover cement on garden path. Texted next day to return and sort out as still not right and asked for receipt of payment. Never heard another thing.

I have just had Andrew install a replacement heating system. The work included removal of the night storage system and replacement with gas boiler and radiators.
The work was complex due to the peculiarities of the property.
He delivered a quality installation which the Baxi technician commented was one of the neatest he's seen.
I find some of the reviews here difficult to believe as I found Andrew totally reliable.
I had no concerns leaving Andrew to work in the house while I was away.
He was a good worker, delivering a great system to timescales agreed at quotation.
