I called Classic Carpet with my upstairs carpeting that needed cleaning. John Autero, the owner was a gentlemen and very informative. We scheduled an appointment and he did a marvelous job. He uses natural cleaners, so I don’t have to worry about odors or chemicals. John did a great job and took time to make sure everything was spotless. I have finally found my carpet cleaner.

My initial experience with John started out very well but the end results were disastrous. Recent blood stains on the carpet in my 96 year old mother's bedroom were smeared, not removed after multiple treatments. It took 2 days to dry when John told me it would take 2 hours which presented a very unhygienic situation for my mom and for me. I called John to share this and more with him very calmly, precisely and he couldn't understand why I called. He was offended! He touted how clean, natural his cleaning process was but it was the exact opposite. He was supposed to come back 3 days later to rectify

John is the owner/operator and did a great job on our tan colored microfiber sofa and chair. He was friendly, professional and most importantly did an outstanding job on our set. He explained the process as he went along. There was no chemical odor and the furniture was dry in just over 2 hours. The price was very reasonable for the work performed . I’d highly recommend to anyone looking to refresh and clean furniture .
