I've dealt with Roger, and now his son Chris as well, for many years and I dealt with Roger at his previous firm before he split off to found Thermal Heating about thirteen years ago. As soon as he split to set up his own company I followed him as he'd always given me excellent service. They are both knowledgeable and experienced and their charges are always very reasonable. A reputable business that I thoroughly recommend.

Thermal Heating Services responded to our broken boiler the morning after phoning at 6pm in the evening. There was no charge for the call out. Very prompt and professional and attempted to fix the boiler.
Unfortunately our circuit board failed and we decided to opt for a new boiler.
All the options and prices were discussed in depth and there was no pressure to choose a certain option.
We opted for a new boiler as the old one was very old and we didn't feel it was worth replacing. We was given three quotes for different boilers to choose from and again no pressure was applied to pick a certain
