Mark Farmer Chartered Surveyor is able to offer survey and valuation advice to the individual home buyer. We are also able to value residential property for inheritance and other tax purposes, matrimonial proceedings, for staircasing or sale of shared ownership properties and of properties acquired under the Governments "Help to Buy" scheme.
We always like to quote fees on an individual basis rather than simply the price of the house. In general, an older property or one which has been extended or altered will cost a little more than a modern suburban home.
